There are many organizations who host flag football tournaments. One of the newest will be Nations Football. We are looking forward to playing in this organizations tournaments .
Once you play in any flag football event you will be hooked. Nothing like watching flag football or 7 on 7 games MUCH more fun to watch as a fan than baseball :)
Story about the 2011 season
TAAF 8 man State Champions 2011
College Station - The colts played in the 8 on 8 TAAF state championship against teams from all over the state of Texas. TAAF started in 1925 and runs 1 state tournament a year for youth and mens flag football teams . 8 man flag football is played on a full size football field & is non contact . The biggest challenge the 12 U colts had to over come was getting used to the rusher coming from right at the line of scrimmage and not 7 yards back like in 5 man. The team played great on both sides of the ball . They won the double elimination tournament and TFLs first 8 on 8 championship . Way to go guys !!

NFL REGIONAL CHAMPIONS ! 2011 12-14 U division TFL COLTS
Dallas - The Colts went 5-0 to win the Dallas regional 12-14 U division. They had a great mix of kids who played well as a team. This group was the youngest of all the teams in this division in Dallas. Some amazing plays by all the kids over the weekend. They played last years Nationals runner up and won 19-13 to get to the finals . In the championship game they played a very strong team from Cedar Park. The Colts won Championship 20-9 .
