Swisher's walkoff HR gets Yankees by O's (AP)

Nick Swisher hit a two-run homer off Koji Uehara in the bottom of the ninth inning Wednesday to give the New York Yankees a 3-2 victory over the Baltimore Orioles that was tempered by news of a potentially serious injury to Jorge Posada. Following the game, Yankees manager Joe Girardi revealed that Posada felt post-concussion symptoms Tuesday after getting hit by a foul ball.
Yanks' Marte, Aceves unlikely to return (AP)

Injured relievers Damaso Marte and Alfredo Aceves are not expected back in the New York Yankees' bullpen this season. New York manager Joe Girardi said Wednesday he thinks both pitchers will miss the rest of the year. Marte has been sidelined since July 8 with inflammation in his left shoulder. Aceves has been out since May 12 with a strained lower back.
