“I really believe that life is all about relationships. I care about developing whole people, not just athletes. I believe in being a role model for my clients, and in creating a positive learning environment. There is absolutely no such thing as one blueprint for developing baseball players. Although I have dealt with injuries a few times in my career, I do not regret any of the adversity I had to overcome. I believe that God had me go through these experiences to give me a new perspective on the game of baseball. The first step to developing great baseball players is giving them the opportunity to fall in love with the game itself.”
