UNIFORMS: girls consider ordering a larger size, they are more fitted, measurements below

Games played Sundays after 12pm (mostly double headers). Will also play some Friday nights and some Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings.

✴WINTER & SPRING HS GIRLS 5-on-5 Flag Football, 10 games, starting October with double headers on Sundays.

✴Each school can create as many teams as they want!

✴Other states have VARSITY LEVEL GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL PROGRAMS - Florida, Alabama, Georgia & Nevada! College sport at NAIA schools.

✴Many high school girls have a core sport they play. They will want to focus on that sport. Try NFL Flag with out impacting your main sport. The teams are not limited to girls playing school sports now, ANYONE can play.

SPRING GIRLS FLAG - New Rule for 2025

In an effort to help the offenses for the girls K/1st Grade Division, we are going to have them play 4on4. This will help the girls learn the plays with less people on the field. We have found similar success in our K/1st Grade & 2nd Grade basketball divisions: making number of players on the field smaller so the girls get more time and can see the play develop better.

GIRLS FLAG is a GIRLS ONLY flag football league, K-8th grade. They get to play the game they have watched or cheered for. The girls can come with their friends, or as a single, and enjoy a new team sport and HAVE FUN. They receive an NFL jersey, shorts and flags. You will have a lot of fun watching them play the game.
