FRIDAYS: 5 weeks, 5:30-7:30pm Fridays.

What to wear: No uniforms are given for ACADEMY since this is a workout format. You can wear anything you want - shirt & shorts/pants.
This SKILLS ACADEMY is designed to give girls the best option to practice, scrimmage, learn from area high school coaches & pros, and fit within their existing fall schedule. Our experienced staff will run a practice, focusing on drills and repetition on the fundamentals. We will cover pitching, fielding, hitting, throwing…. Everything they will need to build confidence and skills for the Fall/Spring program.
We want to eliminate the bad habits before they start. Players will be split into groups based on age and ability.
Rain outs can be made up any day during the week.
